I hold twice monthly gatherings (scroll down for dates) to sit in sacred space and work with the energies of the moon. Each gathering involves a group meditation and journey which is tailored to the zodiac sign that the moon is in at that time.
During New Moon sessions, we consider what our intentions are for the next cycle and what we wish to bring into being in our lives.
During Full Moon sessions, we consider what we are creating and if there is anything we wish to let go of to prepare for the next cycle.
As much as possible, we gather outside on the shingle beach adjacent to the Lihou car park, with poor weather alternatives if needed.
Beginning with a guided meditation to ground us and connect us, we then have a sharing circle with specific questions related to this moon and time for journaling on questions.
Working with the moon in this way can completely alter your sense of who you are. You begin to recognise fluctuations of energy and emotion as being affected by universal energies. You are not alone. By learning to acknowledge and surf these currents you can come into a much more sacred and honouring relationship with who you are.
