Part 1: Initial consultation to see whether working long term together is a good fit at this time.

A stand alone session lasts one hour and takes place on Zoom. £95

Part 2: A commitment of 4x coaching, EFT, mindfulness, matrix reimprinting sessions

A commitment of four sessions allows us to go deeper into some of the patterns that might be showing up for you in order for us to become more aware of what is going on and then transform their root. £295

4x coaching sessions with EFT and Matrix Reimprinting are £295.

You will learn EFT and how to apply this technique on your own in moments of being triggered. I will also send you guided meditations and breathing exercises to do at home in order to develop a practice that supports you for the rest of your life.

The initial 1 hour consultation is a stand alone cost of £80 for us to be able to discuss where you are and whether this work is the right fit for where you are in your life at this time.
